Booking your Holiday Home on the Lake Harrieta Estate

• Please contact us by email with your postal address, the number of people in your group (and the holiday home you would like if you have a preference) and the dates you would like to book. We will send you your contract (see example)
• The contract will contain information of the holiday home you have booked, the dates, the price and the down-payment required)
• You must complete it with your own information and return it to us by mail
• Your booking will become effective as soon as we receive your downpayment by cheque in euros, made out to Sarl Harrieta or by direct deposit.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

A security deposit, intended to cover any eventual damages that may be attributable to the customer, will need to be paid on site upon your arrival. This will vary depending on the type of lodgings and the amount will be indicated at the time of your booking.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION

If a customer has to cancel his stay prior to the date of occupancy, the following charges will be withheld:

• more than 30 days before occupancy: 22 € cancellation charges
• from 30 to 21 days before occupancy: 25% of the total price of the stay booked
• from 20 to 8 days before occupancy: 50% of the total price of the stay booked
• from 7 to 2 days before occupancy: 75% of the total price of the stay booked
• less than 2 days before occupancy or no show: 100% of the total price of the stay booked.

The customer shall not be entitled to any indemnity or reimbursement on the part of the Harrieta Estate if he shortens or interrupts his stay for any reason whatsoever.
