  • Do you accept holiday plan cheques?
    Holiday plan cheques are accepted to pay for a rental or for a leisure activity around the lake. Change is not given for these cheques.
     
  • Can we bring our dog?
    Your dog is welcome. But, to maintain peace of mind for all of us, it must be strictly watched by its owners, who agree not to let it wander about or bark excessively. Only one animal per rental is authorised at the residence during holidays.
     
  • Is the Lake Harrieta Estate accessible for persons with reduced mobility?
    The Harrieta-Borda reception facility is at ground level and has specially adapted toilets.
    The holiday residences include two flats equipped to ensure disabled persons have an enjoyable stay: ground level, bathroom, toilets and kitchen comply with regulations in effect.
     
  • How many people can be housed in a rental flat?
    Each flat can hold 6 adults and/or adolescents. Beyond that, there will be an increase in the rate.
     
  • Can we surf the Internet from the flat we rent?
    Each flat is equipped with an Internet connection. You may connect your personal computer for a fee.
     
  • Can you guarantee that the lake water is of good quality?
    The state laboratories of the Atlantic Pyrenees region regularly test the lake water. This water comes from a well-known water table and has always been valued for its purity and its clarity.
     
  • Can we swim in the lake?
    We do not provide a lifeguard service for swimmers and bathers. It will be your sole and complete responsibility if you swim without a lifeguard present.
     
  • Can we camp on the grounds?
    For a few days, you may set up your tent, camping car or trailer, for a fee.
     
  • Can we do our shopping on site?
    The closest local shops are less than 5 km away in the village of Saint-Jean-le-Vieux (bakery, butchers, grocers, etc.)
